Meet Reem Elfatih, an AGF scholar from Sudan who pursued a BS in Mathematics at the American University of Sharjah

Through their support, I have gained a life changing opportunity to grow, not only academically, but also, individually. Reem graduated from the American University of Sharjah in 2019 and currently she is pursuing her Master’s degree in Mathematics at the same university. Recently, she has won the Research Award in category of “Computing, Engineering, Sciences, Related Fields” at the 2nd Forum for Women in Research that took place at University of Sharjah.​

“I plan to take this opportunity to further my research within the growing field of machine learning and its applications and contribute to research development in the UAE.”
