Meet Dina Ibrahim, an AGF scholar from Egypt who pursued a MS in Biotechnology at the American University of Cairo

“Al Ghurair Scholarship was not only offering a generous financial support to facilitate my studies, but also it was acknowledging what I achieved and what I can achieve in the future. I looked at it as an encouragement in sense of “we are investing in you, because we think you are worth it, and we believe in you”.

Dina graduated from the American University of Cairo in 2018, and currently she is pursuing her PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Eindhoven University of Technology, Netherlands.

Dina is aiming to continue her path in academia and research so that she can benefit the world with her knowledge.

“I hope that the knowledge and experience I have been gaining and will continue to gain will be translated into a useful way to serve my community and the world. “
