Meet Ahmed Ghouneimy, an AGF scholar from Egypt who pursued a BS in Biology at the American University in Cairo
“As an AGF scholar, I grew as an independent scientist capable of pursuing my academic and personal goals in a unique fashion. I received unprecedented support that opened the gates for exploration of endless opportunities and hobbies. I had the chance to diverge from my field of study and discover other interesting and seemingly unrelated fields, which eventually converged with my field of interest in an extraordinary experience.”
Ahmed graduated from the American University in Cairo in 2021 and currently he is pursuing his master’s degree in Bioengineering at King Abdullah University of Science & Technology, Saudi Arabia.
Ahmed is looking forward to completing his studies after 5 years so that he is able to benefit his community with his knowledge.
